Stephanie Cardoso is a Registered Massage Therapist trained in Sport Injury and Rehabilitation and certified in SpiderTech taping. She has been in practice since 2011 and is currently Monvida’s head massage therapist. Some of her work experience includes working with major league sports teams and professional athletes in organizations such as the NBA, NHL, MLB and the MLS.
Stephanie has also worked in the entertainment sector and was involved with clientele featured in local productions such as Total Recall, Mama and Nikita. Stephanie is passionate about her work and regularly volunteers her time to charitable events such as the Ride to Conquer Cancer and Ovarian Cancer Walk of Hope.

Steven Moniz is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Steven brings a unique blend of discipline, technique, and physical conditioning to his training programs.
With a passion for the outdoors, Steven spent a few winters as a Canadian Ski patroller, Steven developed a keen understanding of the importance of physical fitness and resilience in demanding environments. His experience on the slopes has translated into a comprehensive approach to fitness that emphasizes not just strength, but also endurance, flexibility, and injury prevention.
